One-time remote support for a home or small business — up to 60 minutes of diagnostics and work within the agreed scope.

• Computer, software, and device connection.
• Internet or network issues that can be addressed remotely.
• Session with the customer's consent, at the agreed time.

We will quote any additional time or an on-site visit before continuing. The outcome depends on the cause of the problem; some faults require on-site work.

Equipment, parts, licenses, additional cabling, construction work, and tasks outside the described scope are not included. We will agree on any additional costs before proceeding.
