Automated invoices — setting up a ready-made integration

Connect your online store with invoicing software and reduce manual order entry. The service covers the configuration of a ready-made, compatible application for inFakt, Fakturownia, or wFirma.

Scope

• One store, one company, and one invoicing program.
• Configuration of a single agreed-upon document issuance trigger, e.g., after payment for the order.
• Mapping of buyer data, VAT ID, products, discounts, and delivery details, within the scope supported by the selected application.
• Basic domestic sales scenario in PLN, with defined B2B and B2C rules.
• Testing in a demo environment or with test orders without issuing actual invoices.
• User instructions and handover of the configuration.

Add-ons

KSeF configuration is a separate service. Credit notes, international sales, OSS, multiple companies, warehouses, and custom API connections require a separate scope agreement. IFIRMA and FakturaXL integrations via API are quoted individually.

Costs and terms

PLN 990 gross for the NETWORA SYSTEMS service. The accounting software subscription, application fees, and API limits are paid separately. Before purchase, we confirm compatibility and the timeline. Integration is an add-on to the store package; it is not included in its basic price.
