Before launch, the following must be confirmed: the entrepreneur's full business name appropriate to the legal form, tax identification number (NIP), relevant registration details (CEIDG or KRS and other particulars where applicable), registered business address, and complaints and returns address. The privacy controller's details must identify the actual individual or entity, rather than an unregistered brand alone.

Their use identifies the equipment and services offered; it does not imply authorisation, partnership or a manufacturer's warranty for every NETWORA transaction.
