Cancellation policy

DRAFT — 22 October 2026. This document has been prepared for NETWORA SYSTEMS before business registration. Before sales begin, the legal details must be completed and the operational terms approved. It does not confirm that trading has commenced.

NETWORA SYSTEMS, networa.pl. Contact: biuro@networa.pl, +48 690 768 899. Full registration details of the seller and data controller, including the Polish tax identification number (NIP) and the business details required for the selected legal form: TO BE COMPLETED AFTER REGISTRATION. Address recorded in the store settings: Pabianicka 9, B6, 95-030 Rzgów, Poland — TO BE CONFIRMED as the business, correspondence, complaints and returns address.

These documents do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights. The statutory protection available to an individual entering into a contract directly related to their business, but not of a professional nature for that individual, applies to the extent provided by law. Providing a tax identification number does not, by itself, remove that protection.

Purchase and billing

A subscription applies only to an offer expressly identified as a recurring payment, such as website or online store care and IT support for a home or business. Before purchase, we show the monthly price, scope and limits, frequency, payment method and cancellation terms. The current billing cycle is one month, with no minimum number of cycles.

Selecting and paying for a recurring option authorises subsequent charges according to the schedule displayed. Buying a one-off service or equipment does not authorise further charges. We confirm the commencement and first renewal dates on a durable medium. Additional hours, work, equipment and licences require a separate order and agreement to the price. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month unless the plan description says otherwise.

PayPal may be used for a subscription only where offered for that particular plan at checkout and where the customer approves recurring payments through the required process. PayPal's availability for a one-off purchase does not imply availability for every subscription. The cancellation terms below also apply to PayPal payments.

Cancellation

You may cancel the next renewal at any time before it is due, through the subscription management portal if available or by emailing biuro@networa.pl with details identifying the subscription. Email is an independent and sufficient cancellation method; access to the portal is not required. The time we receive the cancellation is what counts, rather than the time it is subsequently processed manually.

After cancellation, we continue the paid service until the current period ends, without another renewal or a cancellation penalty. We confirm the end date by email. If a charge is taken despite timely cancellation, we refund the amount that was not due. Ordinary cancellation of a renewal does not automatically entitle you to a proportionate refund for a current month properly supplied; this does not limit statutory withdrawal, complaint rights or refunds for services not performed.

Changes, failed payments and termination

Plan changes, pauses and transfer of support are agreed prospectively; we do not charge hidden fees. Before increasing an existing plan's price, we provide the reason, new price and effective date on a durable medium at least one month in advance, allowing the contract to be ended before the change. We do not increase charges retrospectively.

If payment fails, we inform the customer and provide an opportunity to settle the amount due before potentially suspending further support. Payment retries relate to the amount due and do not introduce unagreed penalties. Ending support does not entitle us to take over the customer's accounts, domains or data. We agree the handover of access and removal of unnecessary permissions.

Statutory withdrawal from the contract, including after service has begun, is a separate right described in the returns and complaints policy. Early commencement requires a separate, express request from the customer; a subscription alone does not waive that right.
