Terms of service
DRAFT — 22 October 2026. This document has been prepared for NETWORA SYSTEMS before business registration. Before sales begin, the legal details must be completed and the operational terms approved. It does not confirm that trading has commenced.
1. Seller and contact
NETWORA SYSTEMS, networa.pl. Contact: biuro@networa.pl, +48 690 768 899. Full registration details of the seller and data controller, including the Polish tax identification number (NIP) and the business details required for the selected legal form: TO BE COMPLETED AFTER REGISTRATION. Address recorded in the store settings: Pabianicka 9, B6, 95-030 Rzgów, Poland — TO BE CONFIRMED as the business, correspondence, complaints and returns address.
These documents do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights. The statutory protection available to an individual entering into a contract directly related to their business, but not of a professional nature for that individual, applies to the extent provided by law. Providing a tax identification number does not, by itself, remove that protection.
2. Scope of the offer and orders
Our offer includes network and surveillance equipment, particularly Ubiquiti/UniFi, websites and online stores, integration and automation configuration, installation, remote and on-site assistance, and monthly IT and e-commerce support. The package description, agreed specification and order confirmation define the service or goods supplied.
Products available for purchase are ordered through the basket, with the details and total price reviewed before using the button confirming an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the order with an obligation to pay is placed; we send confirmation and the terms by email on a durable medium. An automated message does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel a concluded contract. For items marked “Enquire”, the form is a request for a quotation, and the contract is concluded after the agreed offer has been accepted. We do not present unavailable equipment as ready for immediate dispatch.
3. Prices and payments
The store's base currency is PLN, and prices are gross amounts. Depending on the selected market, purchases may also be charged in EUR or GBP; the binding currency and total amount are shown before the order is confirmed. Delivery, travel, equipment, cabling, licences and suppliers' subscriptions are included only where the description expressly says so. The customer is informed of the total cost and payment terms before ordering. Payment methods are shown at checkout or in the individual offer; payment details are handled by the payment system. We do not charge additional fees without the customer's express consent.
PayPal is available where offered during checkout for the particular order. Payment services are provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg, under its own terms. Available funding sources, any currency conversion and operator or bank charges are presented under their terms before payment is approved. Choosing PayPal for a one-off purchase does not itself authorise recurring charges.
4. Delivery of projects, installation and IT assistance
Before work begins, we agree the scope, timescales, materials, access required and acceptance criteria. The number of pages and products relates to the particular package; additional work is priced before it is carried out. Deadlines dependent on the provision of materials or access may be extended by a justified period corresponding to the obstacle, and we inform the customer. Requesting corrections or failing to respond does not automatically waive claims.
Service packages do not include equipment unless the description states otherwise. Device selection requires checks of local conditions, PoE power, cabling, compatibility and the installation location. Internet speed, Wi-Fi coverage and recording retention depend on technical conditions; we guarantee particular parameters only where they have been agreed and can be met. SIM/eSIM operator services, internet connections and the manufacturer's cloud services have separate terms.
5. Accounting integrations and KSeF
Configuration of ready-made connections with inFakt, Fakturownia or wFirma, and bespoke API integrations with IFIRMA, FakturaXL and other agreed software, is carried out within the scope of the offer. Licences, applications and API charges are not included unless stated otherwise. A bespoke connector requires a separate quotation. Activation requires compatible supplier plans, permissions and testing. Purchasing an optional KSeF configuration service does not make the customer's statutory obligations optional. The customer confirms tax rules and invoice content with their accountant; configuration services do not include tax advice.
6. Subscriptions
A purchase clearly identified as recurring renews monthly under the selected plan until cancelled. A one-off purchase does not start a subscription. Before ordering, we state the price per period, scope, billing dates and cancellation method. The plan has no minimum number of months. Details are set out in the subscription and cancellation policy. We do not promise 24/7 support or a guaranteed fault resolution time without a separate SLA.
7. Project rights and security
The customer must hold rights to the materials supplied. The contract determines how individual project elements are licensed or how rights are assigned; an assignment of rights requires the form prescribed by law. Third-party elements remain subject to their suppliers' licence terms. An engagement does not transfer rights to all third-party software.
Access is granted only to the extent and for the time necessary. Before work, we agree backup arrangements and the risk of interruption. Backups, continuous monitoring and update management are provided within the package scope or statutory obligations, not automatically with every service. We do not exclude liability for our own improper performance. Access to customer data, recordings and systems may require a separate data processing agreement and security arrangements. We do not publish customer materials in our portfolio without agreement.
8. Delivery and cancellation
We state delivery and service timescales and costs before ordering; see delivery and fulfilment and returns, complaints and warranties.
Withdrawal from an online contract
A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days: for equipment, from taking possession of it; for services, from concluding the contract. Where goods from one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. It is sufficient to send an unequivocal withdrawal statement before the deadline, for example by email to biuro@networa.pl. Prior approval, an RMA number or a particular form is not required.
Equipment must be sent back within 14 days of withdrawal to the returns address specified in the seller's full details. The customer pays the direct cost of an ordinary return; this does not apply to a complaint about goods that do not conform to the contract. Before the purchase of goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we state their return cost. Missing original packaging or simply switching on the device does not remove the right to return it. The customer is responsible only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the equipment's nature, characteristics and functioning.
We refund the payment due, including the cost of the least expensive ordinary delivery option offered at purchase, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method unless the customer agrees to another method without additional cost. For sales of goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.
If an order was paid through PayPal, we arrange the refund through PayPal against the original transaction, subject to any agreement to use another method without additional cost to the customer. The time until funds appear depends on PayPal and the original funding source; this does not change NETWORA's statutory deadlines and obligations.
Services started before the end of the 14-day period
Starting a paid service before the withdrawal period ends requires the customer's separate, express request and provision of the required information. A purchase, acceptance of the terms or selection of an early appointment does not replace such a request. If the customer withdraws from a service that has been properly started, the customer pays a proportionate amount for what was supplied up to withdrawal, provided the statutory requirements have been met. The right to withdraw is lost after full performance of the service only where the statutory conditions concerning prior consent and acknowledgement of the information about losing this right have been met.
A bespoke website project is not automatically treated as a made-to-order physical item excluded from returns. Any exceptions for digital content require separate fulfilment of the statutory conditions, including the required consent, information and confirmation on a durable medium. For off-premises contracts, we apply the appropriate statutory period, including 30 days where the law requires it.
Example withdrawal statement
To: NETWORA SYSTEMS, biuro@networa.pl, [confirmed seller's address]. I hereby withdraw from the contract concerning: [goods/service]. Date of contract/receipt: […]. Order number, if known: […]. Full name and address: […]. Date: […]. Signature only for a paper form. Use of this example is optional.
Complaints about equipment and services
NETWORA SYSTEMS is responsible for the conformity of the goods sold with the contract. In consumer sales, liability for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent generally lasts for 2 years from delivery. The consumer may request repair or replacement and, in the cases provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. These remedies are independent of any commercial warranty. We do not require original packaging, a courier's damage report or a till receipt as the sole form of evidence.
A complaint can be submitted to biuro@networa.pl, by telephone or in writing to the seller's confirmed address. A description of the problem, the remedy requested, contact details and information identifying the order are helpful. We respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days; failure to respond has the consequences provided by law. The seller bears the costs of bringing the goods into conformity, including necessary transport and, where legally required, removal and reinstallation. Repair or replacement takes place within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
Complaints about website development, configuration, installation, integrations and IT support should be addressed to NETWORA, describing the agreed scope and the defect identified. Rights depend on the type of contract and applicable law, including rules on conformity of digital services or content where applicable. Acceptance of the work or a voluntary equipment warranty does not remove that protection.
NETWORA warranty and manufacturer's warranty
Draft NETWORA warranty terms: 12 months from delivery of the equipment to the customer. The guarantor will be the seller trading as NETWORA SYSTEMS, whose full details will be completed before sales begin. The warranty covers equipment sold by NETWORA and defects in materials and workmanship that become apparent during proper use. It applies in Poland and does not limit the buyer's statutory rights.
A claim may be sent to biuro@networa.pl with a description of the fault, contact details, proof of purchase and, if available, the serial number or MAC address. A till receipt is not the only acceptable proof of purchase. We will agree a safe method of returning the device. The guarantor bears reasonable transport costs for an accepted warranty claim and the costs of repair or replacement. Warranty obligations are performed within 14 days of delivery of the equipment to the guarantor. We first repair or replace faulty equipment; if both are impossible, we refund the price of the faulty device. The warranty period following repair or replacement is governed by Article 581 of the Polish Civil Code.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by an unsuitable power supply, power surges, exposure to liquids outside the stated resistance specifications, mechanical damage, use contrary to instructions or interference that caused the fault. Exclusions apply to damage arising from the particular cause, rather than automatically removing all rights. The equipment warranty is not a support subscription, a data recovery service or a guarantee of uninterrupted internet access. Liability for faulty installation or services is considered separately.
Ubiquiti Inc. provides a separate manufacturer's warranty under its Limited Warranty. The manufacturer's terms distinguish direct purchases from the official Ubiquiti store (2 years from delivery to that purchaser) from purchases through an authorised distributor or reseller (1 year from shipment to that distributor or reseller). NETWORA's purchase of a device from the Ubiquiti store does not automatically create a new two-year manufacturer's warranty starting from onward sale to a customer. Availability, commencement and the remaining manufacturer's coverage for a particular device must be confirmed before offering it to the customer. We do not claim authorised partner status without confirmation.
Using the manufacturer's warranty is not a condition for submitting a lack-of-conformity complaint to NETWORA. The manufacturer's limitations, including those relating to labour or removal, do not limit the seller's statutory obligations towards consumers.
9. Use of the website and complaints about electronic services
Browsing requires an internet connection and a current browser; an email address is also needed for orders and confirmations. Accounts, forms and contact channels support enquiries and orders. Sending unlawful content or compromising the website's security is prohibited. WhatsApp use is not mandatory. Report technical problems and complaints about electronic services to biuro@networa.pl; we respond to consumers within 14 days. You may close your account and withdraw from voluntary marketing by contacting us, subject to retention of data required by law.
10. Disputes and changes
Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection applicable in the consumer's country of residence. Court jurisdiction is determined by law; we do not require consumers to use the seller's court or mandatory arbitration. Consumers may seek assistance from a consumer ombudsman or the Polish Trade Inspection; information on ADR is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. After an unresolved complaint, we provide the required statement concerning participation in ADR proceedings.
New terms do not retrospectively change concluded orders. A change to an existing subscription requires a valid reason, notice on a durable medium at least one month in advance and an opportunity to end the contract before the change takes effect. New charges do not apply to a period already paid for. Data matters are governed by the privacy and cookies policy.
