Remote support for small businesses — up to 2 hours of work per month, up to 5 workstations, one location.

• User support with computers and software within the agreed scope.
• Basic support for the specified network and Wi-Fi.
• Diagnostics and check-ups using the shared time limit.

Subscription billed automatically every month. The limit covers remote support, diagnostics, check-ups, and agreed configuration within the given billing period. On-site visits and travel are billed separately. Support hours and the method of reporting issues are agreed upon at the start; the package does not include 24/7 on-call support or guaranteed resolution time for every fault.

Before starting, we confirm the list of supported devices and the terms of cooperation. Renewal and cancellation terms can be found in the subscription terms and on the customer account. Website and online store support is a separate service.

Hardware, parts, licenses, additional cabling, construction work, and tasks outside the described scope are not included. Additional costs are agreed upon before implementation.
