IT Support — Home — monthly subscription

Regular remote support for your home — up to 1 hour of work per month and up to 3 specified devices.

• Help with your home Wi-Fi, computer, and device connectivity.
• Help with the operation of agreed-upon cameras or video intercoms.
• Diagnostics and agreed-upon configuration changes within the package limit.

The subscription is automatically billed monthly. The limit covers joint support, diagnostics, check-ups, and agreed-upon configuration within the given billing period. Visits and travel are billed separately. Support hours and the method of reporting problems are agreed upon at the start; the package does not include 24/7 on-call support or a guaranteed resolution time for every fault.

Before starting, we will confirm the list of supported devices and the terms of cooperation. Renewal and cancellation terms can be found in the subscription terms and conditions and in the customer account. Website and online store management is a separate service.

Equipment, parts, licenses, additional cabling, construction work, and tasks outside the described scope are not included. Additional costs are agreed upon before implementation.
