IT Support — Business Company — monthly subscription

Remote support for a growing small business — up to 5 hours of work per month, up to 10 workstations, one location, and an agreed UniFi network.

• User support and diagnostics for agreed devices.
• Support for the specified network, Wi-Fi, and UniFi systems covered by the scope.
• Reviews and configuration changes within the monthly work allowance.

Servers, backups, and additional locations require a separately defined scope.

The subscription is automatically billed each month. The allowance covers remote support, diagnostics, reviews, and agreed configuration within the given billing period. On-site visits and travel are billed separately. Support hours and the method of reporting issues are agreed upon at the start; the package does not include 24/7 on-call support or guaranteed resolution times for every issue.

Before starting, we confirm the list of supported devices and the terms of cooperation. Renewal and cancellation policies can be found in the subscription terms and on the customer account. Website and online store support is a separate service.

Equipment, parts, licenses, additional cabling, construction work, and tasks outside the described scope are not included. Additional costs are agreed upon before implementation.
