Opieka Plus — monthly subscription

Ongoing website or online store maintenance: up to 6 hours of work in each monthly billing period.

Scope of support

• Adding and editing products, images, variants, and prices.
• Updating subpages, categories, and pre-written texts.
• Creating simple banners using the client's materials.
• Minor changes to the existing website layout.
• Remote assistance with using the control panel.

All tasks draw from a single shared time limit. The number of products that can be added depends on their complexity and the completeness of the materials provided. Additional work must be agreed upon.

Monthly billing

The subscription automatically renews each month at the price of the selected plan. The first payment is due at checkout, with subsequent payments made according to the subscription schedule. You can skip or cancel future renewals in the "My Subscriptions" section of your client account.

Before purchasing, contact us to confirm the scope of work, the start date of support, and how the hours will be used. Purchasing a plan does not include unlimited work or 24/7 on-call support.

Out of scope

Complete website redesigns, major integrations, advertising campaigns, ongoing SEO, order and buyer management, on-site visits, and external costs are quoted separately.

Support for implemented automation

Within the available time limit, we can check the operation of previously implemented invoice integrations, diagnose reported errors, and update agreed settings. Connecting new software, building a custom API, and creating new scenarios are not included in the subscription. Application and accounting software fees are separate. We do not perform accounting activities or independently change the client's tax rules.
